We make getting on board as simple as possible so you can start enjoying the benefits right away.

1. Signing the contract
Your property manager will give you a clear overview of the terms and conditions stated in our contract of agreement. This will include our commitment and services to you and the required remuneration. Once you have fully read the terms and are in agreement all you need to do is sign. We then complete other necessary forms and immediately start the inspection, advertising and management of your property.

2. Payment of our Set up Fee
We have a one-time setup fee when you sign on. This is per owner not per property. As a property manager most of our time and costs occur upfront in the administration and execution of services regarding your property. This includes setting you up in our system, preparing and executing all legal documents, inspecting, preparing and showing your property.This one-time setup fee helps to offset some of these initial costs.

3. We pick up the keys
